TPS Re-Registration Deadlines Extended

The Department of Homeland Security recently announced that the re-registration periods for holders of Temporary Protected Status from El Salvador, Haiti, Honduras, Nepal, Nicaragua and Sudan have been extended to include the entire TPS period. If you’re a citizen of one of those countries who already had TPS but did not re-register, you can do so now! If you’re a citizen of one of those countries and have never had TPS, you may be eligible to apply. TPS provides temporary protection from removal and a basis for a work permit. Contact our office now to find out more about initial applications and re-registrations.
